Return and Refund Eligibility
- We cannot cancel orders that were placed over 48 hours ago, orders that the warehouse is processing or orders that are already shipped out.
- If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the package. Returns must be with its original packaging and sent to our warehouse with proof of purchase. Please email us at email@example.com with the reason for the return and your order details for further information.
- Note that customers are responsible for the return shipping fees and tracking numbers are recommended in order to confirm the status of the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- There are certain situations where refunds are granted (if applicable) - any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Please provide us with pictures or videos if the item is defective.

- Before returning your order, customers are required to identify the reason for the return or to identify any issues by email.
- Customers are required to take a photo of the return package prior to mailing it and provide the Tracking Number and Courier Company.
- Customers are responsible for paying shipping return costs and we are not responsible for return packages (sent by customers) that are lost in transit.
- Once the items has been successfully received, we will issue the order refund.
